FG/FG*3 & CW/CCW Configuration: FG/FG*3 should be configured based on actual motor feedback times. Without a jumper cap, it defaults to a single times FG. With an added jumper cap, it operates at 3 times FG (FG*3). The same setting rule applies to CW/CCW direction configurations.
Governor Parameter Settings

(1) Frequency Setting

Press and hold touch switch 1 before powering on. Power the board and release the button once the screen displays "FEQ:20K". Touch switch 1 to decrease or touch switch 2 to increase the value. The adjustable frequency default is 20KHz.

(2) Number of Poles Setting

Before powering on, hold down both touch switch 1 and touch switch 2 simultaneously. Power the board and release the buttons when the screen shows "number of poles: 1 polarity". Touch switch 1 to decrease or touch switch 2 to increase. The factory default is 1 pole.

(3) Feedback Setting

The FG/FG*3 pin sets the feedback multiple based on the motor's feedback requirement. Adding the jumper cap sets it to 3 times FG, while removing the jumper cap defaults to a single time FG.

(4) Direction & Display Settings

Direction: The CW/CCW pin configures the initial state of the motor. CCW is active with a skip cap added; CW is active without the skip cap when the direction control line is suspended.

Main Screen Display: Displays input voltage, speed, frequency, and duty cycle. Speed requires correct configuration of FG/FG*3 and pole numbers for accurate display.

Important Safety Precautions
  • The positive and negative power supply of the governor must be connected in accordance with the instructions and must not be reversed. Reversing the polarity will prevent operation and burn the governor.
  • The governor must be matched with motors utilizing the specific control interfaces mentioned.
  • The five control ports (numbered 5 through 9) must not access a voltage exceeding 5V.
